Chelsea Clark is the Organizational Culture and communications Director at L&W Insurance. She’s the driving force behind the agency’s internal culture, employee relations, and external communications. L&W Insurance loves giving back to the Delaware community and Chelsea helps make that happen through hosting events that provide support for various Delaware Nonprofit organizations. In her free time, Chelsea is a Charity Liaison for Gals That Give, a nonprofit organization on a mission to cultivate local community nonprofits. Chelsea is also the Chair of the Marketing & Communications Committee at the WRK Group and has worked with other organizations/initiatives like the Delaware Community Foundation, Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, Greater Kent Committee, and Spur Impact. Chelsea truly embodies the spirit of community service and making a difference.

Inspiring Women 2023: Denée Crumrine

When she’s not lending a hand to these incredible causes, she’s sharing her immense expertise at Highmark Health where she specializes in Corporate Communications, Community Affairs, and Giving.
Inspiring Women 2023: Antonia Bowring
Antonia is dedicated to creating opportunities for women to thrive in the workplace and beyond. She serves on several nonprofit boards including Hot Bread Kitchen, which helps low-income women secure living wage jobs in the food sector, and COHME, which pays home health workers a living wage while providing vital support to families in need. Antonia is also involved with the International Rescue Committee where she provides executive coaching to leaders working to make a difference in the lives of refugees worldwide.
Inspiring Women 2023: Cynthia Robinson
Today, we have the privilege of speaking with Cynthia Robinson, the pastor at New Ark UCC. She’s been nominated by former Delawarian Anne Green, as a dedicated community leader, trusted advisor, and supporter for social justice. She is deeply involved in organizing events and marches that advocate for the dignity and rights of vulnerable and marginalized populations. We’re excited to interview Cynthia about the difference she’s making in her community.
