The Fresh Start Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to Delaware women returning to college based on financial need, academic record and motivation to succeed. We have worked with the Fresh Start Scholarship Foundation to create exciting and empowering marketing materials for their event Rising Stars which celebrates women returning to college. Each of these women are stars so we have done a Hollywood theme, starry night theme and a glamourous theme.
