Student internships can be a boon for both student and organization. But too many of us struggle with the same issues: not knowing how to delegate effectively, struggling to communicate ideas and expectations, and/or forgetting that we owe it to interns to provide value by teaching them and not just reap the benefits of inexpensive labor.
