As a former Corporate Communications associate, Zoe has always loved the art of using words to bring life to people and brands. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Ashesi University (Ghana), she chose a career in Marketing and has grown to do that and so much more. Her love for Marketing pushed her to work in customer service at South African Airlines in order to understand the nature of clients, their specific needs and how to manage client dissatisfaction. After, she worked as a Corporate Affairs and Communications Associate at FanMilk Danone. Her role at FanMilk allowed her to improve her copywriting, project management, and social media brand image skills.

In BrandSwan, all these skills have come together to make her the ultimate whiz at social media analytics, website and social media brand messaging. These skills, amongst others, allow her to effectively build strategies for brands that are either starting from scratch or looking for a new look. She constantly strives to push herself and has currently taken up projects in graphic design and video editing, working to be 1% better every day.

When Zoe is not typing away or staring at analytical data, she is fully immersed in fictional books and passion projects like coding and French as a third language.
